FINAL FANTASY 13, first impressions! I didn't like the intro sequence for the game, it was like watching a trailer for the game and I was seeing CG cutscenes of events that looked cool but didn't happen yet and as such was being spoiled. The first chapter of the game is the demo I imported over a year ago, so I actually played the first hour which felt rather monotonous. The newest trailer for the last Airbender is the international trailer, and it really goes a lot deeper and shows more than any other trailer I've posted for this movie so far. I am really looking forward to this one and can't express my excitement enough. Loved watching the show with my son. What do you guys think? too childish?

So I beat God of War 3 on Friday. First off this is a seriously long action game, like it is a legitimate 10hr game. I beat it under a shade of 10hrs on easy mode. If I had played it in normal it definitely would've been 10-12hrs at the minimum. I died 47 times, but that's only because I fell off the edges 47 times, that had to do with the double jump I was talking about. It's slightly broken, or an input lag or just how the collision was made at...

So played NSBWii. A lot tougher then I anticipated. With up to 4 players it is a classic. New power ups are cool. I hate how tiny the damn buttons are on the wiimote. Actually I don't like the nintendo controller completely based on how tiny it is and how it really doesn't work for traditional gameplay. The nunchuk and wiimote combo works but when you're playing traditional Mario you want traditional controls. Just the damn controller is so small...

Ok this game is for real. Bayonetta that is. The first clock tower scene is shaky I guess if you care about framerate, it doesn't help I watched the PS3/360 comparison video for it. However beyond that part the game runs fine to me. Graphically it's like a B, but with the art directions whether the blur/grain on the entire game was intentional I push it's visuals to a B+... so far. It looks like or reminds me of... Hellsing? Wow! I forgot to give you impressions! This is going to be a hell of a game, it was the E3 demo but I was really really surprised how much was left to play from what they showed on stage. Only about half was shown, which was a shame because the demo ends on a high note. If you've played the previous GOW games, basically the third game has bigger graphics, bigger setpieces, more gore then I can ever remember. We had out female cousin watching the demo...

The Prince of Persia movie trailer has made it's way to the web and I'm not sure I like what I see. The trailer has all the charactersitics of a Jerry Bruckheimer gig, however, I'm starting to get the bad 'Pirates' vibe from watching this trailer. I mean "At world's end" bad. It seems like the movie is a little over the top and overboard. Lots of explosions, lots of fire, and even some magic. Not sure what all is going on, and I honestly haven't played...
