Wow! I forgot to give you impressions! This is going to be a hell of a game,it was the E3 demo but I was really really surprised how much was left toplay from what they showed on stage. Only about half was shown, which was ashame because the demo ends on a high note. If you've played the previousGOW games, basically the third game has bigger graphics, bigger setpieces, more gore then I can ever remember. We had out female cousin watching thedemo and she's 19 and she was literally cringing and looking away at scenesof dismemberment. So awesome, lol. I'm glad it's not coming out until March 2010, what I saw of the E3 demo looked great. Once it goes through some nice polish it'll look even better.

One complaint I have is certain areas require a sequence to occur, there was only one moment in the demo. But you had to perform a specific action to progress the game forward. So you kept seeing the same recycled animation over and over until you did the task. I don't know whether that's the fault of the game or the gamer, what do you think? There is always a level ofimmersion and if you keep going through the game at a quick pace sometimes that's how it should be, because the game is linear in a sense. That goes for Uncharted 2 as well, it's an experience but the gameplay is ratherlinear as it progresses as a story from point A to point B. It's not a badthing especially if it's executed extremely well like Uncharted 2 was. Theonly other game in recent memory was MGS4. Except in that case you had theoption of going through the level in stealth mode, stealth/action or fullout run and gun. That says a lot about Hideo, he's really ahead gameplaywise, crazy story aside. Uncharted almost had that, because they added astealth option in the game which I personally loved using. You just couldn'tget through an area sometimes without getting in a full out gun battle.Which is no complaint from me, because the gunplay is so satisfying. Thenyou had the mix of being in a gun battle while platforming, which was awhole other thing.
