Watchmen is based on the hit 1986 DC twelve limited edition issue graphic novel. Super Heroes have been banned since the Keene Act has been passed and many superheroes have retired or now work within the governmen, and some even work outside the law. Suddenly years later a murder has happened to a fellow retired Hero and raises a mystery of who would them dead. "WHO WATCHES THE WATCHMEN?"
