Michael Jackson's This Is It in HD


This is IT movie trailer has been making its way around the web ever since the MTV awards. I have to say that we all took Michael's death in our own way either by remembering his acts as a human being throughout his life, or by reflecting how his music affected our own personal lives and the lives around us. Earlier this year it was announced that they would be making a movie around rehearsals and his personal time around his preparation for his performances. I have to say that I'm still a bit surprised that something was put together so quickly, and that I'm not quite sure I'm ready to see this man's ghost parading on the screen so soon. Either way the film is coming and it will be in theaters for a brief 2 weeks before undoubtedly being packaged into a nice DVD collectors set just in time for the holiday's. Get ready everyone... THIS IS IT!

The newest trailer for the last Airbender is the international trailer, and it really goes a lot deeper and shows more than any other trailer I've posted for this movie so far. I am really looking forward to this one and can't express my excitement enough. Loved watching the show with my son. What do you guys think? too childish?

The Prince of Persia movie trailer has made it's way to the web and I'm not sure I like what I see. The trailer has all the charactersitics of a Jerry Bruckheimer gig, however, I'm starting to get the bad 'Pirates' vibe from watching this trailer. I mean "At world's end" bad. It seems like the movie is a little over the top and overboard. Lots of explosions, lots of fire, and even some magic. Not sure what all is going on, and I honestly haven't played...


NY Anime Festival 2009

There was a lot that went on at this year's New York Anime Festival, and on the other hand there wasn't anything going on at this year's Anime Festival. I enjoyed the cosplay and I enjoyed the... schwag?! Well, somehow buried amongst the mayhem and half-nekkid cosplayers wandering around the Jacob Javits center was this little gem that seemed to sneak up on us. The game's name... escapes me right now. Fairytale stories or something. I don't think...

I know the 80s is the new fashion trend right now with kids who didn't not grow up during that era like I did. I still say that I was still a baby while only in Kindergarten when the 80s ended... But come on now!!! This is really getting out of hand with these teenagers and even young adults dressing like douche bags.
