And Welcome Back! After a brief hiatus to do some blogging on TheMovieBlog.com, I’ve returned and it seems that my return came at a really opportune time with a lot of news surrounding the upcoming Superman Reboot being released, with everything culminating in today’s release of our first look at Henry Caville as the iconic character.
I’m actually really liking this look. I don’t always understand the choice of textures for some of these super costumes, but I have to admit that Caville looks like he can make for a fairly physical Kal-El. See that? He’s bending the vault safe with his hand. Might be some heat vision in there too. Idunno what’s going on, but it’s clear that Superman is not making a deposit or withdrawal and instead looks to be engaged in some kind of battle with the result being that Steel has been bent. Idunno what this all means, but I’m getting the impression that Z.Snyder wasn’t fibbing about his Superman being a physical cat.
