Redman has been making the rounds as of late to promote his upcoming album “Red Gone Wild” has dropped news on when to expect “How High 2”. Redman, who is an artist at Def Jam records, is planning to have a busy year. Not only does he have the mentioned album releasing this year, he’s already begun working on his follow up “Muddy Waters 2” and plans for a new How High film with his usual partner in crime, Method Man:
The movie is being written – same people,” Redman continued. “We getting in the mix right now. Its going to give us some leeway to do something new. I’m trying to direct the movie myself. Its a definite go. To a n***a near you, I don’t know when, but its coming.”
Red said that he hoped to start filming in late summer or early fall.
“I don’t want to be the one to lie [about when it comes out], I gotta bad habit.”
Red then went on to explain that he also plans to release a follow up to his and Method Man’s “Blackout” album.
