We attended the show over the weekend and had a blast. There was a really nice size crowd who turned out and attended the show as well as unexpected stars and guests! Wondering what was my personal highlight? Finally meeting the Famed X-Men artist, Creator of Battle Chasers, and artist of the Ultimates 3, (Mr. Bumpy-knuckles himself), the one and only Joe Madureira! Dude was a legend in my school and an inspiration to a generation of artists at that time.
The convention was an intimate affair and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Childhood staples like Kevin Nash, X-Pac, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s Xander. The Batmobile was also in attendance, as was Burt Ward and Adam West, however we did not get to see the living legends in the flesh. Probably stalking from some rafters ensuring the safety of any youngsters in attendance. Enjoy the gallery and be sure to share any stories from the convention for those of you in attendance.
