Rini adventures at Comic Con 2011 Part UNE

This pass Comic Con there was a lot interesting sites in addition to costumes. Sadly I lost most of my footage from the Con due to misplacement of my camera at a friends event and someone stole it, but I somehow had a few shoots still left. Just not the great ones I wanted to share with the masses. Completely caught as walking by one of the vendor displays and noticed but little old Hasbro ... Read More!

Impressions: Watch The Throne

Three weeks ago Jay-Z and Kanye West released their first ever album together while working side by side as a dynamic duo. The album itself gives many of us mixed feelings, myself included. When I think of a Jay-z album what usually comes to mind are the sounds from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s along with new school hood feel to it.  He puts music out that not only relates to the hood, but ... Wonder Woman’s New Costume for New Televsion series

The talk on every site lately have been of a new Wonder Woman costume and less about the show.. All I have to say about this new Wonder Woman costume is “Epic fail”. It looks  sutiable for a hooker to wear then Wonder Woman. The suit looks like a plastic work out bodysuit turned into a $29.99 plus tax Wonder Woman Halloween costume. The person that actually took the time and effort ... Read More!

Shane Black to take the Directors seat for Iron Man 3

In totally outrageous News…Jon Favreau is leaving the director seat of Iron Man 3 for Magic Kingdom. WTF Jon I love Disney as much as you, but to do a movie based on infamous theme park and everything comes to life for this one family. Are you having an acid trip with Ringo; John; Paul and Geroge makes me wonder, because this movie sounds like one. Can I have what you are having too?! So ... Read More!

Captain America Trailer

The good thing about Super bowl Sunday is that it gives us new commercials. A lot of interesting, ‘meh’ and boring commercials rounded out this year. Captain America…All I can saw I can’t wait. This movie clearly is giving us the origins of Marvel’s most well known patriotic superhero. If most of you don’t know this: Captain America was a solider during World War II by the ... Read More!

Quick Thoughts: Marvel VS Capcom 3

This past weekend I had the pleasure of playing one of my guilty pleasures, Marvel VS Capcom 3. I was like a kid in the candy store as I stood around the booth and glanced at all the other players. It was bit crowded for my taste, but it was worth standing in line. What I liked most from their booth was the mini-contest going on as everyone stood on this long line to play on the big screen with ... Read More!

NYCC Developer’s Panel: Epic Mickey

This weekend I had the chance to listen to the developers behind Epic Mickey at their NYCC panel. Entering the panel I was a bit puzzled by what was going on, but they were getting stuff checked out and ready before they start of the discussion. I was a bit shocked that they were starting it already. I must say for the time I spent at the panel it was very well put together with few technical ... Read More!

Getting to know: Joe Madureira

This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend the Big Apple Comic Con. I just have to say that it wasn’t much of what I expected, but enjoyable. The only real part of the whole ordeal that I was looking forward to was to finally meet the great Joe Madureira. This man has been, and probably still is, a living legend at my former high school Art and Design. He rose to super stardom there ... Read More!

Impressions: Devil

This Friday I took a chance to go see a movie and I saw Devil.  I have to say that the worst mistake I made in my life.  I seriously don’t understand how M. Night continues to be involved with movies. Why hasn’t he been banned from Hollywood.  This movie was worst than The Happening! To make a long story short this movie is based on an idea of when the devil comes to prey on ... Read More!

Quick Thoughts: Tekken the Movie

I must really like to put myself through torture. To watch this bullcrap excuse of a movie is like asking someone just shoot me in the head. I don’t know about you, but I just think all these video game companies must love these movie studios destroying the characters and stories they diligently developed. Don’t get me wrong they have screwed up a few comics and some TV-series ... Read More!

Quick Thoughts: Tales of Earthsea

Now I saw Tales of Earthsea and why this film didn’t get much publicly as the other two is beyond my mind. All of Studio Ghibli’s movies are fantastic and I expected nothing less from this film. It’s important to know that this film was not directed by Hayao MiyazakI and was instead directed by his son Gorō Miyazaki. The story is about how humans and dragons once peacefully co-existed. ...
